Tamar are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team of digital marketing experts.
You will be educated to degree level and have some experience in sales, either through your degree or previous work. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and adding prospects to our sales database. You will perform new business activities such as "hot prospecting", email marketing, networking, referral schemes and other creative initiatives to generate and manage leads.
As an executive, you will have the chance to learn from some of the most experienced digital marketing experts in the industry. Once settled in the role, you will be encouraged to attend business meetings on your own or accompanied by a specialist from Tamar and talk competently about our services to potential clients. You will manage and report on the sales pipeline from initial contact through to proposal /pitch stage. You will report to the Business Performance Director who will assist and direct you.
