Tanya Goodin
Founder & CEO
Tanya founded Tamar in 1995. Following graduation from Oxford University, Tanya worked in advertising at JWT and was subsequently Publishing Director of Campaign, followed by related roles in the media and new media industries. Tanya's previous roles have given her a wide range of experience in commercial strategy and marketing communications, particularly how digital fits into the marketing mix. In 2007 Tanya was a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, was shortlisted for Woman of the Year and was a judge for the BIMA Awards. In 2008 Tanya was a finalist in the BlackBerry Women and Technology Awards.
Henry Elliss
Digital Marketing Director
Henry heads up Tamar's integrated digital marketing team consisting of both search and social media specialists and is responsible for the delivery of joined-up campaigns across Tamar's client base. He is a member of the IAB Social Media Council and just about every social network, with over 500 Facebook friends. Before specialising in social media, Henry earned his salt as a Search Marketing Manager at Tamar for 3 years, working on SEO strategies and implemention for key clients including: B&Q, Endsleigh, Lloyds TSB and Saga. Henry qualified with a BSc in Cognitive Psychology at Exeter University.
Dick Hosie
Non-Exec Chief Financial Officer
Dick is responsible for managing the finance team and for all of Tamar's company accounts and financial activity. Dick brings a wealth of financial and management experience to Tamar as a finance director operating for over ten years at PLC main board level, who has led two London Stock Exchange flotations. His experience has a strong international flavour and he has led and managed forty acquisitions worldwide. His past roles include Group FD of Blenheim Group plc, leading the full listing on both the LSE and the Paris Bourse, and also FD and Company Secretary of Games Workshop Group PLC, also leading that company's successful LSE float.
