Tanya Goodin

Founder & CEO

Tanya founded Tamar in 1995. Following graduation from Oxford University, Tanya worked in advertising at JWT and was subsequently Publishing Director of Campaign, followed by related roles in the media and new media industries. Tanya's previous roles have given her a wide range of experience in commercial strategy and marketing communications, particularly how digital fits into the marketing mix. In 2007 Tanya was a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, was shortlisted for Woman of the Year and was a judge for the BIMA Awards. In 2008 Tanya was a finalist in the BlackBerry Women and Technology Awards.

Neil Jackson

Search Strategy Director

The guru responsible for the search engine marketing of all our client sites, Neil has been with us for most of our 14 year history. He has an unrivalled knowledge of the search market which he has specialised in from his early days at Tamar. Internationally recognised and highly respected by his SEO peers and fellow members of IAB Search Council, Neil leads our Search team in the ethical and effective promotion of all client sites .

Neil Allison

Operations Director

Neil manages our operations across our London and international offices. He has over 10 years experience in operations management including time at Agency.com, and Avanade UK IT consultancy. Neil has a degree in Multimedia Systems.

Jess McDarren

Head of Finance & Company Secretary

Jess is responsible for managing the finance team and for all of Tamar's company accounts and financial activity in the UK, China and South Africa. Jess has worked at Tamar for two years now, complimenting eight years management accountancy experience. Jess's career has involved her in industries such as marketing and international retail as well as registered charitable organisations.

Lesley Oliver

Client Service Director

Lesley is responsible for maintaining excellent relationships between Tamar and its clients. She ensures that the highest quality of work is produced and that Tamar consistently exceeds clients' expectations. Lesley joined Tamar from Ogilvy in Shanghai where she was CSD. She previously worked at Ogilvy and The Coca-Cola Company internationally.
