Tanya Goodin
Founder & CEO
Tanya founded Tamar in 1995. Following graduation from Oxford University, Tanya worked in advertising at JWT and was subsequently Publishing Director of Campaign, followed by related roles in the media and new media industries. Tanya's previous roles have given her a wide range of experience in commercial strategy and marketing communications, particularly how digital fits into the marketing mix.
In 2007 Tanya was a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, was shortlisted for Woman of the Year and was a judge for the BIMA Awards. In 2008 Tanya was a finalist in the BlackBerry Women and Technology Awards. Tanya is ridiculously proud to be British.
Henry Elliss
Digital Marketing Director
Henry has been working in online marketing for nearly a decade, with social media having been his focus since 2007. A well-respected member of the social marketing community, he is a member of a number of industry bodies, including the IAB's 'Social Media Council'.
As a blogger his work regularly appears on Econsultancy and The IAB SMC blog as well as Tamar's own blog. As a commentator, he has been quoted in titles as varied as the Sunday Times, The Guardian, The Metro, Revolution Magazine, New Media Age, Marketing Magazine and a number of books, including 'The Art of Conversation' by Catherine Blyth.
Sarah Graveling
Creative Director
Sarah has been working online as a designer since graduating 15 years ago, with a degree in Graphic Information Design. She first began working with Tamar in her early 20's as a Junior Designer, before being promoted to Creative Director seven years ago. She has worked on a variety of digital design initiatives, from large scale web conversion projects for LloydsTSB to small mobile apps for The Prince's Trust. She can be found on Pinterest, Instagram, Visual.ly... all the good stuff.
Amanda Dayeh
Head of Finance
Amanda is the Head of Finance at Tamar. She is ACCA qualified and has been in various financial roles for the last 15 years. She brings a wide variety of experience to the role having worked in companies ranging from small startups to multinational corporations. She joined Tamar in September 2011 and has learnt a lot about Social Media since. Her favourite cocktail is an Espresso Martini, though the Raspberry Lychee Martini also tempts her... in fact, anything with Martini in it.
Helen Booth
Business Performance Director
Helen graduated in Fine Art & Languages 4 years ago and has since been working in Commercial roles for digital agencies. She is an ambassador for digital-only brands and nurtures clients progression beyond the point of sale. Helen is a keen pianist, painter and you may recognise her from some popular TV shows!
Oli Booth
Office Dog
Oli has been our office dog since he was a puppy and regularly guards the office from strangers and caretakers. He can be pretty annoying with his famous 'under the sofa' game and neediness, but we love his toothy grin and the office would be a much less interesting place without him. He will do anything for Helen and/or chicken and has been known to steal the odd breakfast roll from your desk when you're not looking.
Dick Hosie
Non-Exec Chief Financial Officer
Dick is responsible for managing the finance team and for all of Tamar's company accounts and financial activity. Dick brings a wealth of financial and management experience to Tamar as a finance director operating for over ten years at PLC main board level, who has led two London Stock Exchange flotations. His experience has a strong international flavour and he has led and managed forty acquisitions worldwide. His past roles include Group FD of Blenheim Group plc, leading the full listing on both the LSE and the Paris Bourse, and also FD and Company Secretary of Games Workshop Group PLC, also leading that company's successful LSE float.
