Consumers continue to strongly prefer natural search results, when asked which type of link they would follow if a product, service or brand was listed in both natural and paid results, 7 out of 10 (69%) would typically follow natural results. Only 5% of consumers claimed they would typically follow paid-for search links, down again from just 10% of those surveyed in 2007.
