We've collated information about how many people are following each country and their Olympic team, using stats from Twitter and Facebook - which gives us insight in to which of them is being most 'talked about' throughout the Olympics.

A note about the data:

The first column shows the number of Facebook Fans, the second column is Twitter and the third column shows the 'Talking about this' metric from facebook. We've then used these three metrics to rank the countries in order of an estimate of how many of their total fans are talking about them.

We've only used data from 'Official' accounts where we could find them - if you think we've missed some out which you know of, please let us know and we'll add them in!

GOLD = the number of Facebook fans

SILVER = the number of twitter followers

BRONZE = the 'people talking about' Facebook score.
